Avery has been a long time lover of physical activity and fitness. When she stumbled upon yoga over 10 years ago, she was hooked. Yoga for her was that missing component that enabled her to find a deep connection between the body and the mind.

Avery has completed both her 200 hour certification, as well as her 500 hours of Advanced Yoga certification through the Yoga Centre Winnipeg in Winnipeg, MB. She has also completed various workshops on pranayama (breath), meditation, vinyasa flow, and more.

She currently teaches various styles of yoga to people of all ages.
